Mozasaurus Coloring Book

Mozasaurus is a bipedal dinosaur, the first of its kind found and described. It lived in the early Jurassic period about 199 to 175 million years ago and was the ancestor of the much larger and iconic Tyrannosaurus rex. Mozasaurus had short, strong arms with strong hands and three fingers, long hind legs and a relatively short neck and tail. Its skull was broad, with large eyes and a massive jaw full of large teeth. It probably fed on smaller animals, probably reptiles and amphibians, as well as some plants.

Mozasaurus was a herbivore, which means it probably ate mostly plants and some small animals. Its height was about 1.8m and it had a long, narrow snout. Its bulky body may have been covered with a combination of scales and feathers. The dinosaur's wide feet with strong claws allowed it to traverse the muddy, wet areas of its habitat. Based on its skeletal structure and size, it is assumed that Mozasaurus was a slow-moving animal that took refuge in bushes, burrows and trees when threatened by predators. Popular coloring books we find with this dinosaur are those where we see it alone to color.
