Taco is one of the national dishes of Mexico. It is a corn pancake with a delicious interior. Most often it is meat with sauce and vegetable toppings. Most often it is quite well seasoned to the point of being spicy at times, as this is what Mexico is famous for. Even breakfast versions can be prepared, but they are most often eaten around lunchtime.
