Lions are actually kings of animals, as they have been so named due to their position. Their appearance is indeed strongly reminiscent of monarchical tastes, as their mane very much resembles a royal crown. Lions are very large cats but it should be remembered that they are predators so they are as beautiful as they are dangerous.
