Cheops Cheep is a monkey owned by Professor Shuperman. The monkey wears a helmet that, according to the Professor, is supposed to translate the monkey's language into words. However, when Cheep Cheep speaks the helmet translates it into gibberish. Professor Shuperman doesn't want the monkey to suffer with it and drops him off at the Littlest Pet Shop.
