Speedy, or Red Arrow, is a young superhero who has been part of the Youth League since its inception. He is a human clone of the real Roy Harper. He used to be Green Arrow's sidekick, and since then he always carries his bow and quiver with him. Red Arrow is waiting to color beautifully, without going outside the lines.
