The Tin Woodman is the hero of The Wizard of Oz. He meets Dorothy, who goes to the Emerald City to ask Oz for help in returning home. The Tin Man decides to join the girl in asking for her dream to come true. Tin Woodcutter was once a man, but due to unfortunate accidents, he lost more body parts, replacing them with metal ones. His dream is to have a heart so that he can love as before.
