Futomaki is one of many types of sushi. Each differs among itself in the fish it has or the toppings used with it. Futomaki is the most well-known sushi, consisting of a rice roll and in it are four ingredients, all wrapped in nori, of course. The very name of this sushi comes from "futoi" which means thick, fatty.
