Japan is an island country located on a narrow chain of islands in the western Pacific Ocean, off the eastern coast of Asia. Most of the surface is covered with mountains, with the highest peak being the Fuji volcano. The Japanese claim that their country is shaped like a three-day moon. Numerous peninsulas and bays make the coastline very well developed. Try not to go over the line when painting this picture.
