Pete is a resident of the city dump. Along with his two rat friends, he helps the animals that accidentally get taken there. He likes to rummage through dumpsters, especially a dumpster full of treats from Sweet Delights . Sometimes he is seen in the Downtown City storm sewer. He is very helpful and friendly.
