Whoville, also known as Somebody's Town, is a fictional town appearing in the works of Dr. Seuss, or American writer and illustrator Theodor Geisel. Whoville was first depicted in a Dr. Seuss book titled "Horton Hears a Who!" (English: "Horton Hears a Who!"), which was published in 1954.
