Eijiro Kirishima is a character from the popular anime and manga series "My Hero Academia" (Boku no Hero Academia), created by Kōhei Horikoshi.

Kirishima is a student at U.A. High School, a school for aspiring superheroes. His unique ability, called Quirk in the "My Hero Academia" universe, is called "Hardening." It allows him to harden his body, making him resistant to most physical attacks. Kirishima can also upgrade his abilities to the point where his body becomes rock-like, which he calls "Red Riot Unbreakable."
Kirishima is open, friendly and full of energy. He has a strong sense of justice and is very determined to become a superhero. Unlike many other characters in the series, Kirishima has no credibility or confidence issues.
He is a close friend of Bakugo Katsuki, one of the series' main characters, and their relationship is one of the key aspects of character development in the anime.
