Chibiusa Tsukino, also known as "Small Lady" or "Rini" in some translations, is a character from the popular manga and anime series "Sailor Moon," created by Naoko Takeuchi.

Chibiusa is the daughter of Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) and Mamoru Chiba (Tuxedo Mask) from the future. She travels back in time to the present to seek help for her dying city, Crystal Tokyo.
Her main goal is to become as strong and confident as her mother. She often experiences conflict between how she wants to be strong and her childhood fears and insecurities. Over time, with the help of Sailor Senshi (Sailor Guardians), Chibiusa grows up, becomes stronger and eventually becomes Sailor Chibi Moon, fighting alongside Sailor Moon and others.
Chibiusa is small (hence her name, which means "little usagi" or "little rabbit") with pink hair and red eyes. She is adorable, but can also be quite stubborn and naughty.
