Cyborg, or Victor Stone, is a fictional superhero character appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. He was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist George Pérez and debuted in the DC Comics Presents comic #26 in October 1980.

The story of Victor Stone's character is tragic. He is the son of scientist Silas Stone, who worked for the STAR Labs organization on cybernetics research. Victor became a Cyborg - a being combining a human body with technology.
