Tatsumaki, also known as Tornado of Terror, is a character from the popular manga and anime series "One Punch Man." Created by ONE, "One Punch Man" is a series that parodies typical shōnen manga/anime by introducing an incredibly powerful main character, Saitama, who defeats most opponents with a single blow.

Tatsumaki is one of the most powerful characters in the series. She is a member of the Hero Association and is ranked second in S-Class, making her one of the most powerful heroes in the "One Punch Man" world. Her power is telekinesis, which allows her to manipulate her surroundings at will. Her abilities are so powerful that she is able to throw huge objects, such as spaceships, with little effort.
Tatsumaki is known for her short temper and arrogance. Nevertheless, she is extremely committed to her role as a superheroine and will not hesitate to destroy anyone who would stand in the way of protecting Earth.
She is also the older sister of another powerful telekinetic, Fubuki, with whom she has a complicated relationship. Although Tatsumaki often seems cold and distant toward Fubuki, she cares deeply for her younger sister and will do anything to protect her.
