Taz Coloring Book

Taz, full name Tasmanian Devil, is a character from the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies animated series created by Warner Bros. He made his debut in the 1954 cartoon Devil May Hare, where he starred alongside Bugs Bunny.

  1. Appearance and behavior: Taz is a small but powerful animal. He is known for his crazy, uncontrollable appetite and his tendency to eat everything he encounters in his path. His trademark is to turn quickly on the spot, creating a tornado that can engulf and destroy everything in its path.
  2. Speech: Taz doesn't talk much. His "language" is mostly gibberish and sounds that are extremely difficult to understand. This is one of his most recognizable features.
  3. Historical figure: Taz's character, although initially less popular, gained a lot of popularity in later years. In the 1990s he had his own animated series, "Taz-Mania," where he was depicted in more complex scenarios and with more characters.
  4. Base: Although Taz is a fictional character, he is loosely based on a real animal - the Tasmanian devil. The Tasmanian devil is a small carnivorous animal of the sackbut family that is endemic to Australia.
  5. Voice: Taz was voiced by Mel Blanc from its debut until Blanc's death in 1989. In later years, actor Jim Cummings lent his voice to Taz.

Although Taz may seem a bit wild and uncontrollable, he is a much-loved character and has become one of the most recognizable symbols of Looney Tunes.
