I think these fish are curious about something, don't you? I think they paid attention to the corals that are underneath them. There is also a shell that maybe someone lives in. Maybe some fish is hiding under the pebble and its friends are waiting for it. Paint the picture and maybe some fish will swim out from under the pebble. Good luck
