For birthdays we very often get all kinds of gifts and birthday cards. The card you see in the picture depicts a teddy bear, named Elmo, and around it are gifts. At the top of the card is the inscription Happy Birthday. It is nice to get such birthday cards from friends and family. We can pledge them to ourselves as a keepsake.
