The film is set in the present day in a fairytale kingdom, whose new ruler is the son of Beauty and the Beast. His first proclamation is an amnesty for the descendants of Cruella De Mon, Diabolina, the Evil Queen and Jafar, imprisoned on an island isolated from the world and surrounded by a magical barrier. The children are given a chance to clear their family names and are sent to a school where they will learn alongside the descendants of the Good Fairy, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella and Mulan.
