Abarai is a confident and sometimes even cocky boy. In a fight, he can sacrifice himself to death. He gets very depressed when he loses fights. Sometimes he seems to be similar to Ichigo. His appearance speaks for itself - he's fierce but also very honorable, which makes him a real hero!
