Garou is one of the key characters in the "One Punch Man" series created by ONE. Also known as "Hero Hunter," Garou is an antagonist and one of the most powerful opponents Saitama and other superheroes face.

Garou was once a disciple of Sitch, one of the highest-ranking heroes in the Heroes Association, but turned his back on his master and decided he wanted to become a monster. His motivation is frustration and anger against superheroes, whom he considers hypocrites, and the society that blindly worships them.
Garou has incredible fighting skills, able to overcome many heroes at once and adapt to different fighting styles. He is known for using a fighting technique called "Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist," which Sitch taught him.
Despite being an antagonist, Garou is not completely heartless. He often shows mercy for those who are weaker, and does not kill his opponents, preferring instead to defeat them and destroy their spirit.
