Elderberries belong to plants in the muskmelon family. It is most often found in shrubs, less often as trees. In Poland there are three species of elderberry. The most popular variety is elderberry. It is an edible as well as ornamental plant. It is used for example in cosmetics or medicine. Their flowers are white and fruits are black and purple. Have fun with it.
