Eagle on the attack




Before attacking, the eagle keeps a close eye on its prey, usually sitting in a tall tree to get a good view from above. Hunting usually takes place on small field mice, because they are the easiest to catch. When the bird assesses that the mouse does not see him then he moves to attack and catches his prey in his claws.
