Garu is one of the main characters of the fairy tale "Pucca." He is an amazing ninja who spends his days training to improve himself in case he fights for his honor. He is thirteen years old and lives in Sooga Village. Besides training and running away from Pucca, he is very fond of animals and nature. His best friend is Abyo.
